Design points of puncture device
2023-07-27
The design points of the puncture device include the following points:
(1) Surface roughness, hardness, and corrosion resistance: Suitable for puncture rods made of stainless steel and skin-cutting puncture knives at the head end of the puncture rod.
(2) Flexibility. The flexibility of some components of the puncture device should be verified. For example, the opening and closing of the air injection valve of the puncture device should be flexible; the detachable sheath cap should ensure easy removal and removal during clinical use; the head end of the puncture rod should be The puncture knife should not only facilitate the doctor's operation, but also ensure safety when used correctly and can be flexibly retracted.
(3) Connection firmness. There should be a certain connection firmness between the combined components to ensure the stability of the puncture device during use. The connecting parts should not be disengaged or separated.
(4) Gas barrier and sealing properties: The puncture device should have good gas barrier and sealing properties to ensure that the product can maintain stable pneumoperitoneum during clinical use.
(5) Puncture and insertion and extraction performance. The puncture device should have a certain puncture force to ensure that it can smoothly penetrate the abdominal wall tissue; the puncture rod and standard large/small rods of the puncture device should be used when inserting/pulling out the puncture cannula. Vigorous research has been carried out, and the size of the insertion and extraction force determines the applicability of the product to a certain extent.
(6) The matching performance of the transparent tip (if any) and the endoscope. When the endoscope enters the abdominal cavity with the puncture rod for exploration, the transparent tip of the puncture rod should not affect the function of the endoscope.
(7) In addition, there are corresponding requirements for fixtures and safety covers. If it contains a special design structure, corresponding performance research should be conducted. For example, the trocar cannula holder contains a liquid-absorbing component and uses an air-tight pressure barrier design instead of mechanical valves and sealing rings to block air to maintain the airtightness of the product.
